Welcome! I’m a certified counselor dedicated to creating a supportive, empathetic environment where you can explore and address life’s challenges. I use a person-centered, humanistic approach to therapy, which means I believe in your inherent worth, and I prioritize building a trusting, non-judgmental relationship with you. In our work together, you’ll be the expert on your own life, and my role is to listen deeply, offer compassion, and guide you toward self-discovery and growth.
I hold a B.A. in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from the University of Denver. My educational background has equipped me with both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to support clients of all ages and backgrounds including children and adults. I have experience helping people navigate a variety of issues, such as anxiety, grief, OCD, depression, trauma, and more. My goal is to meet you where you are, provide validation for your experiences, and support you in finding the solutions that feel right for you.
I understand that healing is a unique, personal journey, and I am here to walk alongside you, helping you uncover your strengths and build resilience as we work through the challenges you face.
