I am a graduate of Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and the University of Michigan School of Social Work. My professional experience spans both inpatient and outpatient settings across the Pittsburgh and Detroit metro areas. I have supported a diverse range of clients including those within the LGBTQIA+ community, people living with addiction, individuals managing schizophrenia spectrum and bipolar spectrum disorders, as well as those coping with depression, anxiety, and chronic pain.
Being rooted in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) allows me to offer a versatile therapeutic approach, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
