Roxanne Wray has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2013 after receiving her BA in Psychology (Indiana University of Pennsylvania) and MA in Counseling (Waynesburg University).
Over the past 20 years, she has been working in the mental health field in a variety of public and private settings in an attempt to decrease stigma, build relationships, and honor each person’s unique journey. She continues to attend trainings and seminars that focus on her areas of interest such as play therapy, art, mindfulness, neurobiology, Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, and EMDR. She primarily works with children, adolescents and families, however, the occasional adult does find their way into her office for a variety of reasons. She utilizes elements of Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and EMDR to aid in healing.
